简历介绍

刘瑞田,研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院过程工程研究所生物药物工程研究部主任,课题组长。1998年毕业于山东大学获博士学位,次年留校任教;2002-2005年在美国亚利桑那州立大学从事博士后研究;2005-2012年在清华大学工作;2012年-今在中国科学院过程工程研究所工作。长期从事治疗重大疾病的生物技术药物的研究。目前主要致力于治疗阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病和肿瘤等的基因工程抗体、疫苗、多肽及纳米药物及神经退行性疾病发病机理研究。为国家科技重大专项“十二五”、“十三五”重大新药创制专项责任专家,国家重点研发计划“蛋白质机器及生命调控”重点专项总体组专家,曾担任J Alzheimers Dis等科技期刊副主编。先后主持国家科技重大专项、863计划课题、中科院先导专项和国家自然基金等10余项国家级科研项目。在Nano Today、 Adv Func Mater、Biomaterials、Brit J Pharmacol、Cell Reports, ACS Appl Mater Interfaces等国际著名期刊发表论文80多篇,申请或获得国内外专利22项,2种I类新药处于中试研究中。
