简历介绍

钱国余,男,博士,项目研究员,国家高层次青年人才计划入选者。2009 年本科毕业于安徽工业大学,2016 年博士毕业于北京科技大学,毕业同年进入 中国科学院过程工程研究所博士后流动站工作(合作导师:王志研究员),2019 年博士后出站后留所工作至今。主要从事集成电路材料全生命周期绿色制造理 论与应用研究。 主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金(面上、青年) 和中 国博士后科学基金特别资助等国家级项目 10 余项,其他企业委托和国际合作项 目 4 项。研究成果在国内多家大型硅、铜、铝材料企业推广应用,建立工业示 范线 3 套。获中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖(2019 年、2024 年、2025 年),中国循环经济协会科学技术奖一等奖(2022 年),中国发明协会发明创业 奖成果奖一等奖(2022 年),中科院过程工程研究所青年创新促进会会员 (2021 年),江苏省“双创博士”(2019 年)等奖励荣誉。任《矿冶》、《铁合金》 等期刊青年编委。在 Energy Storage Mater., Chem. Eng. J., J. Clean. Prod., ACS  Sustain. Chem. Eng., Green Chem.,等期刊发表 SCI 论文 50 余篇,入选“2022  Green Chemistry Hot Articles”名录 1 篇,封面论文 1 篇,申请发明专利 15 项, 编著 1 册,软件著作权 2 项,制定团体标准 3 项。
